Muddy Dash - 2019
Quite a unique event. This family friendly, 5K mud run’s prodigious use of soap bubbles makes it look more like a summer snow run.
Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge - 2019
Mud, obstacles, and more mud. This race includes competitive and fun runs for kids ages 5-16. For an entertaining and sometimes hilarious twist, parents are allowed to run as well.
Spartan Mountain Series, Snowmass - 2019
One of the more hardcore mud runs, this race offers competitors route options extending to just over 30 miles with 35 obstacles on course. Between the altitude, heat, and the difficulty of running up and down ski slopes, it wasn’t hard to capture some determined faces of people at their limit.
Rugged Maniac Denver - 2021
Rugged Maniac makes its return to Denver after a year off. This year we were shooting promo photos for event marketing.

Colfax Marathon - 2019
This Boston Marathon qualifier is the most popular road race in Colorado. Winding through the streets of downtown Denver, including a run through Mile High Stadium, the race had over 20,000 runners in 2019.
Turkey Rock Trot - 2019
Castle Rock’s 15th annual Thanksgiving Day 5K is aimed at early morning family fun. This year we were dealing with unseasonable cold and quite a lot of snow!
Revel Rockies - 2022
After a pandemic delay for two years, Revel makes its return to Colorado. Had awesome lighting and happy participants for this combo full and half marathon.
Mud Girl - 2022
The 5K obstacle run dedicated to women. We returned for our second year photographing this event in brutal mid-summer heat and sun - this time working both the finish line and the dedicated photobooth.
Turkey Trot - 2022
Now in its 49th year and still one of the largest running events in Colorado, 2022 brought nearly 10,000 participants to this family (and dog!) friendly 4 mile event around Washington Park.
